▶Shipping Information

For OPEN BOX AND BAG: Multi-layer protective packaging is used, with each accessory wrapped separately to ensure safe transportation.

After placing an order for OPEN BOX AND BAG, please reply "Confirm Shipment" via in-site message to confirm the configuration. Shipment will be arranged immediately upon confirmation.

Blind boxes (Random/Confirm versions) are all originally sealed by the brand (only outer box opened for style verification for Confirm version). We will recheck packaging integrity before shipping to ensure no damage.

▶After-Sales & Receipt Notes

Upon receiving the package, please record a one-take full unboxing video (no interruption or editing allowed). The video must clearly show the package appearance, shipping label, unboxing process, and the entire item.

After-sales support (for issues such as missing accessories, damaged goods, or incorrect styles) will be provided based on the unboxing video. No valid video means no related after-sales assistance can be offered—thank you for your understanding.

Blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues once the inner bag is opened. For Confirm Blind Box, please refer to the actual product style; placing an order implies acceptance of the style verification process.

▶Special Notes

Size Error: Manual measurement may have a reasonable error of 1-3cm—please understand.

Color Difference: Due to factors such as lighting, display color rendering, and personal perception of colors, slight color difference between the actual product and images may occur, which is normal.
