Hello dear customers, welcome!

Every blind box, figure and gashapon in our store is officially licensed authentic merchandise.

All collectible figures are industrial mass-produced toys, not high-end art crafts. Small manufacturing imperfections like paint unevenness, tiny surface scratches, air bubbles and slight paint overflow are common and acceptable factory conditions. Such minor blemishes do not qualify as defective goods.

We will not process return or replacement requests solely based on trivial cosmetic flaws. Kindly consider this before placing an order if you are strict with flawless finish.

Please reach out to our customer service if you need further information, we appreciate your understanding!
